Spent Easter at this hotel and it was lovely. the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. We loved the fact that it was only a short walk to the beach and local shops. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times and the pool was smaller than expected. There were no pool chairs available, so we had to bring our own towels to lay down.

Very nice room with the small private pool. I like the idea of SPA rooms - you can order massage to your room (there is the massage bed in it).

Despite of hotel location there is no pick up service from the boat. There is no beach nearby. Not all hotel staff speaks English. The restaurant is not good enough for 5 stars hotel. There are no shops and restaurants nearby. The internet didn't work. The common pool didn't work (thanks we have the private one). The hotel is far away from the beaches and city, so you need to find transportation to get anywhere. There is no space to walk on hotel territory.

We rwntwd a room with pool-not worth it!! The pool cirkulation didn`t work and pool was dirty. We told the staff but nothing happend. After 5 days they cleaned it!! We payed 5000 baht/day and we couldn`t use the pool once!!!

Booked a 'pool villa' which was disappointing. Small room, private pool not more than a pond best suitable for Koi fish, view of a brick wall, Water dirty and cold, Management is rude. Staff does not speak much English, location is way out outside of beach. Room was not cleaned properly. Overpriced, even at the discounted rate, etc etc etc..

Lovely small hotell with spacious rooms and fresh bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable with soft bedsheets . The pool area is not that large, but still very nice and feels quite private. The smaller shallow "kids pool" is actually a large jacuzzi.

The service was good, but not excellent. The bathroom is a bit unprivate as it has large windows facing the lounge area. Also when we ordered an extra bed to our room, it turned out they only made up the (very firm) daybed next to the bathroom.

We had a family room with own pool which was fantastic. The room was spacious with several TV's, living room and 2 bedrooms all in all very nice. The hotel is quite new, so everything is well maintained.

The hotel is too far away from the beach when travelling with small kids. And you also have to walk along a not so pleasant area and then cut through other hotels to reach the beach. We were also misinformed on early check out fee, which resulted us in staying 2-3 days longer than we wanted. Beverage prices (even for a hotel) at the pool were in the high end.

Stunning design, beautiful Resort Hotel with good facilities. Excellent staff, with good english too. Amazing rooms, lovely pools and a relaxing setting. Close enough to town but quiet and comfortable. Great transport provided by hotel anytime.

There is no direct acces to the beach, however you can reach the beach easy by just walking a little bit.
